Processing
To ensure adequate processing time, please allow us 48 business hours to begin processing the order before inquiring. Each time the status of your order changes, you will be notified by the email that you provided with your order.
How Long Is Shipping?
Orders are shipped after the orders has been processed, which takes 2, sometimes 3 business days. Once done processing, orders are then fulfilled and shipped out, and a shipment confirmation email is mailed out automatically with tracking information included.
How Do I Track My Package?
Once your orders is shipped out an email that includes the tracking number, and a link to directly track the package is emailed to the email you provided. Once shipped it is no longer our responsibility to keep up with the whereabouts of the packages. It is solely the customer's responsibility to keep track of their package and make sure they are home day of expected delivery date to retrieve their package. KLEW The Label is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We do not reimburse orders stating to be delivered. If your package states delivered, and you have yet to receive it, you will need to contact USPS Customer Service so they can do an open and thorough investigation to investigate the whereabouts of your package.
Please contact the shipping provider in regards to any packages that has not been received after it has been shipped. All packages are insured and you should file a claim with USPS in the event of a misdelivery/lost package.

Returns and exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds are given only in extenuating circumstances.
